This tour begins with city hotel pick-ups starting at 7:00 / 7:30 / 8:00 or 8:30 am. Starting this early you will avoid the traffic jam and enjoy more this activity.

When you arrive to the ramp, our boat captain will be waiting for you and navigate thru The Panama Canal Watershed which is a hydrologically complex, ecologically diverse managed natural-artificial water resource system composed of many sub-basins, rivers, and dammed lakes extending across 2,982 km2 on both sides of the Panama Canal.

This is an amazing view of the Panama Canal from the inside, where you will be able to see this amazing large vessel crossing this water way.

Enjoy an up-close view of the abundant wildlife on the shores. We will visit the famous Monkey Islands where we can see capuchins, howlers, and tamarins.

Along the way back to the city, we make a small stop at The Panama Canal Locks named Pedro Miguel and our guide will explain the operations.

After the boat ride, our guide will take you to the amazing Old Quarter (Casco Antiguo) for a walking tour. Founded in 1673, this is one of the most attractive Spanish colonial destinations of the Americas and its historical district remains intact, with wide streets, colonial architecture and Caribbean style that invite participants to learn about the history and culture of Panama. It`s also a great opportunity to shop different handcrafts made by the indigenous communities, souvenirs of cocobolo wood and the famous Panama hat.

Finally, we will head to our local restaurante for a quick Lunch at Causeway Amador. Lunch (Chicken and white rice)

We will have you back at your hotel around 2:30 pm
